The layout

So here is what i have to work with. The living/dining area are composed of 22 m2 of usable space...enough for the layout you see in the floor plans. Looks fine as a floor plan but it ends up being a little cramped in reality.
I'm going to need to have some patience and imagination to pick pieces that will create the look i want without taking up all the usable space...afterall, i do want to be able to walk around with my Martini without crashing into things.
